Jules Escalante will have the honor of being The PIT's January Spotlight Player of the Month.  He has been bestowed this honor for many reasons, not the least of which is winning the March Mega PIT Freeroll.  Jules goes by several nicknames, Uncle Jules, Jacked-Up Jules, Dirty Uncle Jules, and JULIE.  He goes by other names to the ladies, but they can't be listed here. He was born in New Orleans, which is why he can always be seen dealing poker with his Saints hat on.  Jules moved permanently to San Pedro, Belize 6 years ago in which time he has been named Player of the Year in the San Pedro Poker Room for 5 out of 6 of those years.  Jules can be found dealing at Pedros Poker Room as well as Cubano's Poker Room in San Pedro, Belize.  When asked what his favorite hand is, Jules responds with a smirk, "Jack-King off"…… When asked who is favorite player to take out of a tournament, Jules responds, "without a doubt, PIT editor Jason Bloom".  The PIT wants to congratulate Jules for being named PIT Spotlight Player of the Month regardless to that fact!!
