PIT Poll of the Week
The PIT Freeroll blasts off with biggest pot yet!!
The PIT hosted an EXCLUSIVE Freeroll on Sunday March 27th that had the biggest pot of any PIT Freeroll to date. The pot was $200 USD plus an additional bounty for taking out PIT editor, pokerinfotoday. Congratulations are certainly in order for dirtyunclejules, who took down the entire tournament and even made time to take out pokerinfotoday. The tournament was for PIT members only and had 18 entrants vying for 3 paid places. The turbo format paved the way for lots of raises and re-raises. One of the first casualties was Magarul when Deadserious took him down when his (A8) was able to beat Magarul’s (AQ). Greek_Aces and Sinan_gs were soon to follow. Dirtyunclejules then went heads up with Green67. Green67 
found himself on the short stack with (A5s). Green67 pushed and was called by dirtyunclejules (Q3). The Queen spiked on the flop, thus putting Green67 out in 12th. After sanpedromike and tpizano were taken out, the remaining players went to the final table. Thus the final table was set!! The blinds were quite high at this point, putting the pressure on each and every play. PIT members began to drop like flies!! Deadserious, pkrprty, and tpizano were the first to go. ChunginBelize who “claimed” to be having connection issues, was next to fall in 7th place. Legendsburgerhouse was quick to take the walk to the losers lounge. Legendsburgerhouse (Q7s) was put down by 0maxpower0 (88) when the Queen did not show up. The bubble was then set!! Blackeagle was the unlucky player to take the bubble bait. Nothing more painful!! Sorry Blackeagle. 0maxpower0 went down at the hands of dirtyunclejules giving him 3rd and $40 US. Pokerinfotoday was quick to go down at the hands of the tournament champion dirtyunclejules when pokerinfotoday’s top pair was unable to beat dirtyunclejules’s straight. Pokerinfotoday took down $60 US for 2nd and dirtyunclejules got 1st and took down $100 US plus a $10 US bounty. Congratulations to all top finishers!! There will be another PIT exclusive freeroll on Sunday January 3rd at 2:00 EST.
